Start-ups and companies operating for less than 3 years have a 30% discount from the rental fee during the first 12 months. Note: find details in the contract.

Each room is equipped with meters (electricity meter, water meter, gas meter) and phone and Internet accessions (see more details in the Description of the Telephone Exchange). The offices are unfurnished but with wall-to-wall carpets.

Rental fee and costs include:

Public utility costs:

Electric energy:
Basic fee: 53 HUF/kWh
Minimum cost: 1000 HUF/month

Heating costs:
Basic fee: 180 HUF/m3

Water costs:
Basic fee: 760 HUF/m3

Gas consumption:
Basic fee: 130 HUF/m3

Central air conditioning costs:
Basic fee: 1200 HUF/month/fan-coil

Telephone Exchange:

All premises have phone accessions.

Basic service: 1 free extension
In case of extra extensions: 500 HUF/month/extension

Direct phone number: 1200 HUF/month

Telephone fee: (T-Com) per minute + 15% (basic fee is not counted); invoice per month

Internet

Basic fee: 800 HUF/month (5 Gbyte/month)
Between 5-8 Gbyte: basic fee + 2400 HUF/month
From 8 Gbyte: basic fee + 5000 HUF/month
>20 Gbyte: extra fee
